February 19th, 2022 – We pre-launched the STAS COIN PROJECT that will develop the first Feeder Investment Fund for Corporate Investors, for over $10B in next three years, fully backup by our company assets.
The project will be ready for the full launch on June 15th, 2022!
January 5th, 2022 – We apply the ROMANIA FORWARD PROJECT 2022-2024 to the Romanian government and its Ministries.
We offered the FULL E-ROMANIA government solution and our full support to be able to absorb mere than $1B in 2022 from the EU.
August 8, 2021 – WE receive from our broker in Belgium the “formal approval” for The GREEN PROJECT in Croatia gave it by the government based on our developer partner’s project.
July 1, 2021 – Our company developed a new project in REAL ESTATE INVESTMENTS for the Las Vegas area, and for that, we open a REIT ( Real Estate Investment Trust) for $200M that will be used to finance the future purchasing of properties in Las Vegas area as an investment of our company.
June 15, 2021 – Our company in association with TRANSYSA finalized the development of our future Q Coin which will be issued in January 2022 after we will integrate our platform STAS NETWORK with a financial institution.
May 10, 2021 – our company entered into a loan agreement with a financial institution in Hong Kong for a $50M project, to develop our own electronic transactional platform STAS NETWORK, to be able to implement future e-governments solutions we developed for Romania, Israel, Ghana, Kazakhstan, and Bulgaria.
April 27, 2021 – Our company started the first GRENN PROJECTS financing process in the EU ( two photovoltaic garbage disposal plants in Croatia and Bulgaria) for a $50M value with a broker from Belgium.
March 12, 2021 – Our company signed a partnership agreement with ACCOUNT EXCHANGE SRL, Romania for a re-guaranteed and certifications of our CORPORATE BONDS CERTIFICATES and GREEN BONDS we will issue for the STAS TRUST – fund for Strategic Projects in Emerging countries and Green projects in the EU and USA.
January 10, 2021 – Our company decided to develop a Strategic Fund – STAS TRUST, for Projects in emerging countries and Green Projects in the EU and USA in the AMOUNT OF $1B. This fund will be backup by issuing CORPORATE BONDS CERTIFICATES and GREEN BONDS to guarantee the financing procedures for the projects we will designate.
